Shop Like a Skeptic
Five questions before you sign
- Is the price fixed or variable — and for how long?
- What happens when the introductory rate ends?
- Are there enrollment, cancellation, or early-exit fees?
- Is the "renewable" claim certified, and what does it cover?
- How does the offer compare to your last 12 months of supply charges?
Know your rights. Switching never affects your delivery service or outage response. You're entitled to written terms, a cancellation window, and advance notice before renewal. Suspect a misleading offer? Report it at 1-800-555-0123.
