Doing the right thing, every time
Serving 3.2 million Meridian Cityers is a public trust. Our standards of business conduct govern how every employee, officer, and supplier acts — and we make it simple and safe to speak up when something isn't right.
Our Standards
Four commitments that apply to everyone who works for us or with us.
Integrity in Every Decision
We compete fairly, keep accurate records, and never trade safety, honesty, or the law for expedience — in the field, in the office, or in the boardroom.
Protecting Information
Customer data, employee records, and market-sensitive information are handled under strict privacy and confidentiality controls, with mandatory annual training.
No Conflicts, No Corruption
Employees must avoid conflicts of interest and may never offer or accept improper gifts or payments. Suppliers are held to the same standard through our vendor code.
A Duty to Speak Up
Anyone who sees a potential violation is expected to report it. Retaliation against a good-faith reporter is itself a violation — and treated as such.
