Moving within our service area? One request transfers your service: we stop billing at the old place, start it at the new one, and can overlap the dates so you're never standing in a dark apartment with a box in your hands.
How It Works
Book it five days ahead
Most moves are fully self-service and take about five minutes online. Request your dates at least five business days ahead — same-week moves are possible but may require a call.
- Your account number, autopay, and preferences move with you
- Overlap old and new service by up to 30 days
- Final bill for the old address arrives within two cycles
- Deposit-free for customers in good standing
- Tell us both addresses and your move-out and move-in dates.
- We confirm the new address and whether an access appointment is needed.
- Service switches on schedule — with confirmations by text or email at each step.
Not a Simple Move?
Leaving the Area
Moving beyond our territory? Just stop service — we'll send your final bill and any deposit refund to a forwarding address.
