Losses from extended outages. Itemize what was lost; receipts or photos strengthen a claim but aren't always required.
Property Damage
Damage to appliances or property you believe resulted from our equipment or operations. Keep the damaged items until review concludes.
Vehicle Damage
Damage connected to our field work or facilities. Note the location, date, and any crew or vehicle identifiers you saw.
